In Store Purchase Deliveries
Product purchased in-store can be picked up at our warehouse or delivered by Scioto Valley. Some of our products can be shipped to your home, ask your salesperson if this is an option.
Delivery charges vary based on products ordered, delivery location, and current promotions. See store for details.
Standard deliveries can be arranged within the greater Columbus, OH area. Additional delivery charges may apply outside the Columbus, OH market.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery will be arranged with your salesperson. The day before delivery you will receive a phone call and email with a 2 hour window for delivery. We can try and accommodate specific time request but they can no be guaranteed.

On-Line Purchase Shipping
Online customers can calculate shipping costs, choosing from a selection of UPS and FedEx rates.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when the order is shipped. Most delivery times in the continental U.S. range between 2 and 5 days depending on location.
Scioto Valley is not responsible for lost or misplaced package(s) once package(s) have been signed for at the address provided when the order was placed.
When will Scioto Valley ship my order?
Scioto Valley currently ships Monday through Friday.
Most orders placed before 5 p.m. ET will ship the next business day.
You will be emailed with a tracking number at the time of shipment.
For any items that may be out of stock at the time of packaging, Scioto Valley will email you to see how you would like the order handled.
Shipping pool or spa chemicals
Scioto Valley ships these items via UPS or Fedex, depending on the type of product or service selected at time of checkout. Your pool or spa chemicals could arrive separately from the rest of your ordered items.
Some products require an adult's signature for receipt of package. This includes any Chlorine or Non-Chlorine Blast material that has a total weight of 5 pounds or more.
After the final attempt has been made to deliver a "Signature Required" package, our shipper is required to return the product to our warehouse.
