Sales Phone Calls
Our sales department phones are open every day from 10am to 8pm. We are on a limited staff, so you may have to leave a voicemail. Voicemail messages left Monday through Friday before 8pm will be returned the same business day. All other messages will be returned the following business day.
Service Phone Calls
Our service department phones are open Monday through Saturday from 10am until 6pm and Sunday from Noon until 5 p.m. If you get our voicemail box, please leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Live Video Consultation
We are using technology to keep you safe while still being able to shop. Our salespeople will do a Live Video Consultation, walking you through our showroom to browse our products. We will use whatever platform you are comfortable with. We can use Apple FaceTime, Google Duo (works with Hangouts), Facebook Video Chat, Skype, or Zoom Meetings.

What We Are Doing
As a valued member of the Scioto Valley family, we appreciate the trust you place in us and our people when you shop at Scioto Valley.
There is no higher priority to our entire Scioto Valley Family than the safety of our Customers and Employees. We stay updated with the very latest information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), medical professionals, and government agencies to stay on top of this evolving situation.
We are continuing to clean and sanitize our showroom daily. High-touch areas like door handles and check-out counters are sanitized hourly. We have added several hand sanitizer stations throughout the showroom and the warehouse. 6-foot spacing has been marked on the floor by our check-out counters to ensure the safety of all customers in line.
We do ask that until social distancing standards are changed or updated, that our customers limit the number of people in their family who arrive to shop with them. Please also shop as a family unit as much as possible. For example, instead of breaking up to look at two different areas at once, please consider staying together while you browse the showroom.
Our Store and Employees
We are closely following the CDC's guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick.
We are cleaning our store on a continuous basis throughout each day, focusing especially on high-touch and highly-trafficked surfaces like door handles and checkout counters.
Our Service Technicians
Our service department is back to normal operations but will follow the same social distancing as the rest of our store. We do ask that you maintain the 6' social distance guidelines while our technician is at your home.
Warehouse Changes
We have installed hand sanitizer stations at the entrance of our warehouse. Our warehouse employees have been instructed to wash their hands more frequently during the day. All high-touch areas and equipment will be sanitized frequently.
