Are you open?
Yes! As of May 12, 2020 our retail showroom is back open. We have altered our store hours to accommodate elderly and immunocompromised customers. We also have hours for appointments only, so customers who don't feel safe shopping with the general public, or who might live with somebody who is at-risk, can limit their exposure and have a personalized shopping experience.

What We Are Doing
As a valued member of the Scioto Valley family, we appreciate the trust you place in us and our people when you shop at Scioto Valley.
There is no higher priority to our entire Scioto Valley Family than the safety of our Customers and Employees. We stay updated with the very latest information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), medical professionals, and government agencies to stay on top of this evolving situation.
We are continuing to clean and sanitize our showroom daily. High-touch areas like door handles and check-out counters are sanitized hourly. We have added several hand sanitizer stations throughout the showroom and the warehouse. For the foreseeable future, our sales & service teams will be wearing face coverings. 6-foot spacing has been marked on the floor by our check-out counters to ensure the safety of all customers in line. We will have separate hours in the morning for vulnerable populations to shop by themselves. We will also still maintain appointment-only hours for a few hours each day, before opening to the public for the day.
We do ask that until social distancing standards are changed or updated, that our customers limit the number of people in their family who arrive to shop with them. Please also shop as a family unit as much as possible. For example, instead of breaking up to look at two different areas at once, please consider staying together while you browse the showroom.
Our Store and Employees
We are closely following the CDC's guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick.
We are cleaning our store on a continuous basis throughout each day, focusing especially on high-touch and highly-trafficked surfaces like door handles and checkout counters.
Our Service Technicians
Our service department is back to normal operations but will follow the same social distancing and mask guidelines as the rest of our store. We do ask that you maintain the 6' social distance guidelines while our technician is at your home.
We have installed hand sanitizer stations at the entrance of our warehouse. Our warehouse employees have been instructed to wash their hands more frequently during the day. All high-touch areas and equipment will be sanitized frequently.
Any orders being picked up are contact-free pickups. We ask that you remain in your vehicle or maintain social distancing and let our employees load your vehicle. Once your merchandise is loaded we will leave the area and let you secure your product.
If you would prefer, we will leave the product for you to load and secure yourself.
Our delivery teams have been instructed to have limited contact with customers. We now have 100% contactless deliveries. We will place your items on your porch, in your driveway, or in your garage. All of our drivers will be wearing face coverings & have been equipped with hydrogen-peroxide-based sanitizer. According to the CDC, hydrogen peroxide is a stable and effective disinfectant against viruses when used on hard, non-porous surfaces. Spray or wipe it on the surface, allowing it to remain wet for at least one minute after wiping.
